The Pressure influence of thermal calender roller on the strength of nonwoven fabrics:
Thermal Calender roller pressure is one of the important factors affecting the strength of nonwoven fabrics. For different fiber types and processing methods, different roller pressures are required to obtain the best results. Generally speaking, the pressure of the hot rolling roller is between 20-40 tons, which can achieve better results.
If the hot calender roller pressure is too small, the fibers will not be tightly bonded and the cloth surface will be loose, which will affect the strength and stability of the nonwoven fabric and fail to meet the product requirements. If the roller pressure is too high, the fibers will be loose. If it is lowered, it is easy to cause wire breakage and chip breakage, which will lead to defects on the cloth surface and affect the quality of the product.
